One central idea to bring the brand system to life across every team, touchpoint and decision.
Our brand idea, "Great Returns Start Here," builds on Steuerbot's track record of helping first-time filers get through their end-of-year taxes without the stress. The platform centres on the Steuerbot character: a financial co-pilot that guides users step by step and keeps the process moving.
With the persona defined, we established a set of core brand attributes to direct Steuerbot's visuals, tone, and messaging: an experience that feels effortless, intelligent without showing off.

With an established mascot already in place, we set out to refine the Steuerbot character and codify its behaviour into a emotionally driven system. Treating the mascot as the brand's central device, we developed a shape language and a typographic speech-bubble that scale from high-level marketing down to the in-product experience.
